Featured 5-minute programs include new work from MiND members, MiND, and Drexel University’s Center for the Prevention of School Age Violence on topics including cyberbulling, human trafficking, the Peaceful Posse (Physicians for Social Responsibility), The Anti-Defamation League, National Liberty Museum and more.

This event is presented to the community to facilitate dialogue and create solutions to violence in our communities. MiND is dedicating our airwaves in July to violence prevention and exploring peace. Together, we can make a difference.

MiND will celebrate “Volunteerism & Mentoring Month” in May with a showcase of documentaries, new 5-minute programs, and a community screening event.

If you have some time in the afternoon, join us and our partner for the month, Greater Philadelphia Cares, to lend a hand in a clean-up day at the John Welsh Elementary School on May 19th at 5pm. But don’t worry if you can’t do the clean up day, come out at 6:30pm to celebrate volunteers and mentors in our community!
A screening of new 5-minute programs will start at 6:30pm, followed by a community discussion.
